- Faite revenir la viande dans un faitout avec l'huile d'olive qu'elle soit bien doré des 2 côtés..
- Ajoutez l'ognion coupé en petits morceaux, et les poivrons faites revenir jusqu'à que l'ognion soit translucide..
- Ajoutez le concassées de tomate, le concentré, ajoutez un verre d'eau, puis couvrez et laissez mijoté sur feux doux bien 30 min tout en surveillant s'il faut rajouter de l'eau..
- Au bout de 30 min, ajoutez un peu d'eau rectifier l'assaisonnement, laissé mijoté jusqu'à que la viande soit presque cuite..
- Une fois la viande pratiquement cuite, on ajoute les Haricots rouges, et maïs, on voit si l'assaisonnement est bien, ajoutez de l'eau si besoin puis lais mijoté encore 10min. C'est prêt ! 😀.
