- Faire tremper les protéines de soja dans l'eau pendant 10-15mn.
- Faire revenir l’ail, l’oignon et le poivron.
- Ajouter la sauce tomate, le tabasco et les protéines de soja.
- Laisser mijoter 15 mn puis ajouter les haricots rouges.
