Chili Express (veggie) instructions
- Émincer et faire revenir l'échalote et l'oignon dans l'huile d'olive..
- Ajouter le maïs et les haricots, préalablement rincés..
- Ajouter la purée de tomates et un verre d'eau. Mélanger doucement..
- Ajouter le sel, le KubOr, le cumin, le curcuma, le persil (ici déshydraté), les herbes de Provence et l ail. Environ 1/2 à 1 cuillère à café chacun..
- Laisser mijoter 5min. Gouter pour rétablir l'assaisonnement, puis laisser mijoter à nouveau quelques minutes. (Pas besoin de laisser cuire : ces temps de mijotage ne sont là que pour permettre aux épices de parfumer le plats. Donc à vous de trouver l'équilibre entre votre faim et votre envie de saveurs ;) ).
