- Couper les légumes en dé ou avec un hachoir en un clic.
- Verser de l'huile 1/2verre d'eau moyen et mettez les patate à cuire 5mn rajouter les aubergine coupées puis le reste des légumes salé et fermez et laisser mijoter à feu doux pendant 20mn.
